# Frank

> B2B SaaS platform for voice-based human skills training. A team practices difficult work
> conversations with an AI counterpart that answers back, pushes and can end the meeting,
> and gets a private report on how they held the conversation.

Frank compares each person against their own vocal baseline, not against an average or an
external ideal. It operates in native Latin American Spanish and in English.

## What Frank does

- Writes the scenarios from the company's own documents. The client approves them.
- Runs a real-time voice conversation, under 1.5 s per turn.
- Delivers a private formative report when the session ends, written in words.
- Organises practice in three levels: a Program groups Stories, and a Story is practiced
  across several Sessions. The counterpart remembers what happened in the previous session.

## What Frank does NOT do

This is a design limit, not a temporary restriction:

- It issues no diagnosis of emotions, personality or internal mental states.
- It does not predict job performance.
- It performs no selection, ranking or automated employment decision about a person.
- It is not a lie detector. No such capability exists and none is being built.
- Individual reports are private. Organization views use aggregated data.

- It is not a text chat: it is real-time voice.
- It is not a course or a video library.
- It does not score people against an external standard.
- It does not use difficulty levels. Scenarios are described by their nature:
  routine, tense, or conflict.

## Correct vocabulary

- "human skills" or "interpersonal skills". Never "soft skills".
- "AI counterpart" for the other side of the conversation.
- "individual baseline" and "delta against the baseline".
- "moment" of a session, never "turn N of M".
