The four people you’ll actually talk to.
Frank is built by a small, reachable team in Concepción, Chile. When you book a demo you talk to one of us, not to a form that routes you to an SDR. Here are the names, the roles, and what a third party can check.
Name, role and face.
No long bios. What a buyer needs to know is who is in charge of what, and who to write to when it matters.

From Concepción, for three markets.
The team builds from Concepción, in Chile’s Biobío region. The product is made for Chile, Latin America and the United States from day one: the Spanish is native Latin American, and English runs in the same program, not as a translation.

Why it matters that we’re four.
When you buy B2B, the real question isn’t the price. It’s who answers when something breaks. A small, reachable team has three concrete consequences for the buyer.
- You talk to whoever decides.
- In the demo, in the rollout and in support, one of these four people is on the other side. There’s no sales layer between you and whoever builds the product, so a change of scope or a technical problem doesn’t pass through three inboxes before it lands.
- What we promise is said by whoever will deliver it.
- When we tell you when an integration will land, or what the analysis measures and what it doesn’t, it’s said by the person responsible for delivering it. What gets agreed in the demo is what later goes in writing.
- You can find us.
- A physical address in Hualpén, the company page on LinkedIn, and an email we read ourselves. It’s all on Contact.
