Rehearse the conversation coming your way before it happens.

Frank is built for teams. If you arrived on your own, you get the same product: the same counterpart, the same voice session and the same report, without the organization panel. This page shows you how a session runs and what you get at the end.

The same Frank, whether you come in alone or with a team.

There is one Frank, with nothing cut out for people who come in on their own. The only difference is the layer a leader uses to run their team, which lives in the organization panel.

The same as a team gets

  • A counterpart that answers back, pushes, leaves the silence open and can end the meeting.
  • A 5 to 10 minute voice session, in the browser, nothing to install.
  • A report at the end, in words, compared against your own baseline.
  • Native Latin American Spanish and English, in the same account.

What stays in the organization panel

  • Nobody assigns you programs or tracks your progress. You choose what to practice and when.
  • Aggregated team views live there; coming in alone, the only report is yours.
  • Uploading company documents, and the scenarios written from them, live in that panel.
  • Corporate sign-on and the Enterprise integrations are defined with you in the demo.

The conversations people practice alone.

These are the ones nobody rehearses because there is nobody to rehearse with: no one at work can play your boss in your salary negotiation. Frank’s counterpart can, and it doesn’t soften because it likes you.

  • Salary negotiation

    Tense

Your manager acknowledges your work and still says there is no budget. Every time you leave the number open, it comes back to it.

  • Job interview

    Routine

It asks about the gap in your résumé and doesn’t accept the first version. It leaves the silence open and waits to see what you do with it.

  • Investor pitch

    Tense

It cuts in on your second point to ask about margin. If you don’t have it, it changes the subject and checks the clock.

  • Saying no to a client

    Conflict

It asks for something outside the agreement, reminds you how much it pays, and suggests another vendor would do it.

The label describes the nature of the conversation, not how hard it is. A routine interview and a conflict with a client demand different things, and being good at one says nothing about the other.

How a session works.

You pick the conversation, open the microphone and talk. No script, no options to choose from, no bar telling you when to speak. It is a conversation.

Your first session becomes your baseline. Everything after is compared against that: not against an average, not against an external ideal.

What happens inside a session, moment by moment

00:00

Opening

The counterpart skips the greeting and gets to the point.

01:50

Pressure

It goes back to the weak point in your answer instead of accepting it.

03:45

Interruption

It comes in over your last syllable. It doesn’t wait for you to close the idea.

05:40

Close

It warns it’s about to close. If you don’t react, it ends the meeting.

During the session there is no coach and no tips. Frank is only the person on the other side. The analysis comes at the end, and it comes complete.

What you get when it ends.

A report in words, not a table. It tells you how you said it, not whether you were right.

The moments, marked
Every moment sits on the timeline: where it interrupted you, where you took your time coming back, where you sped up when money came up.
Your change, not an average
The comparison is against your own baseline. An accent, a disfluency or an unusual timbre aren’t noise: they are your starting point.
What to practice next time
One concrete suggestion: what you held, where your voice tightened, what to try it again with.
If the audio isn’t good enough, it says so
When the audio doesn’t allow a confident measurement, the report says so instead of reporting a doubtful number.

What the report doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t diagnose emotions, personality or mental states.
  • It doesn’t predict your job performance or compare you to other people.
  • It doesn’t make any decision about you. It describes a conversation, and the reading is yours.

What Frank measures and what it doesn’t

Your report is yours.

When you come in alone, the only person who reads your report is you. No manager, no HR, no ranking.

The audio is deleted
It is stored with your consent and for a maximum of 90 days. After that it is erased. The report is kept without the audio.
You can delete it sooner
Any session can be removed before that deadline, from your account, without asking anyone.
Nobody listens without you knowing
Nobody listens to someone else’s session without that person knowing. What is stored, for how long, and who can see it is written down, and you can read it before your first session.
If one day you bring your team
Organization views use aggregated data. Your individual report stays private.

Price, in short.

The published plans are per team and per seat, and the pricing page shows them in full, with what each one includes. If you are coming in on your own, write to us and we’ll set up your access directly with the team, no fine print.

If it worked for you, it works for your team.

The conversations you practice alone are the same ones your team has every week with clients, suppliers and each other. With an organization, a leader builds the program, Frank writes the scenarios from your company’s documents, and each person gets their own private report.

30 minutes, nothing to install, with a scenario already written for your company.
